At Mirra Interiors, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and ensuring you're delighted with your purchases. Please take a moment to review our policy on returns, exchanges, and warranties.
Purpose
The purpose of this Return & Refund Policy is to ensure that our customers have a clear understanding of the terms and conditions surrounding returns and/or refunds for products or services purchased from our website. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services that meet your expectations. Our goal is to maintain transparency, fairness, and a positive customer experience while also protecting the integrity of our business.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.
We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but we understand sometimes things just don’t work out. We are happy to offer a store credit for eligible homewares* (minus any applicable shipping costs) under the following conditions:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order that you wish to return the item.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags/labels still attached.
- The item should not be used, damaged, marked, or altered in any way.
Many of our products are hand-made and may vary in design, tone, color, and size. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the product listing on our website to ensure the item meets your expectations before making your purchase.
Please note that Mirra Interiors does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Change of mind returns are different to returning a product under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty - see the section below entitled Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and offer the following options:
- A replacement of the damaged or faulty item.
- A store credit.
- A full refund to your original payment method.
Please do not return the item before contacting us, as you may be responsible for any associated costs. To process your claim, please email us with images of the damage or fault.
Warranty Claims
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure products come with appropriate warranties where applicable. To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with details and images of the fault or damage. We will assist in processing your claim with the supplier.
Please note that we will not replace or refund products that have been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions.
Exclusions
Please note the following items are not eligible for any returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind:
- Furniture, mirrors, lamps, rugs and art.
- Clearance or sample items.
- *Heavy/oversized/extra fragile homewares due to their weight and fragility.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our policy. Any refused items will be sent back to you, and you will be charged for the return postage.
We are not responsible for returns sent via non-traceable postage methods that are lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately, without the returned items, we cannot process a credit, exchange, or refund. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method for all returns.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
- be of acceptable quality and not be faulty or unsafe;
- match their description; and
- be fit for their intended purpose.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
