    How much does delivery cost?

    At Mirra Interiors, we’re committed to making stylish living as seamless as possible—including affordable delivery options.

    Shipping costs for our furniture & bulky items are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. If your order includes multiple pieces, they may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations to get to you as efficiently as possible.

    How long does delivery take?

    We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

    Furniture orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and dispatched from our Partner Warehouse via specalised courier or removalist.

    Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the item(s) ordered. Once dispatched, most deliveries usually arrive within:

    • Metro: 3–10 business days
    • Regional: 7–21 business days

    If your order includes multiple items, they may be sent from different warehouses. This means you could receive your order in separate shipments across a few days—ensuring the fastest possible delivery to your door.

    Do I need to be home for delivery?

    Yes — due to the size and value of our furniture pieces, someone will need to be home to accept delivery of large furniture items. Our courier partners will contact you with a delivery date.

    Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee, so we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is available during business hours.

    Can I track my order?

    We provide tracking for most orders, however some larger furniture items that require shipping via furniture removalists may not have tracking options. You will be contacted via phone call to arrange these deliveries.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only deliver to addresses within Australia, excluding Tasmania and selected NT and remote locations.

    Do you offer assembly services?

    Our furniture is delivered flat-packed or fully assembled depending on the piece. Some assembly requirements (if any) may be required on selected items, which will be noted on the product page if applicable.

    At this stage, we do not offer in-home assembly.

    Can furniture items be returned for a store credit?

    Due to their size, weight, and shipping complexity, some items are not eligible for return for change of mind or incorrect selection.

    This includes:

    • Furniture, mirrors, lamps, rugs, and artwork
    • Large or oversized homewares, as noted on their product pages
    • Sale, Clearance or sample items

    We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing—and if you have any questions, our team is always here to help.

    What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

    We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund. To help us process your claim quickly, be sure to take clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. This step is essential for a smooth resolution. We're here to help every step of the way.
