Delivery
Our Rugs are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days from Melbourne via our Standard Delivery service. Rugs are excluded from our $17 flat-rate shipping and free shipping over $200 offers due to their size and weight.
Delivery is to the ground floor, front door only. If you live in a multi-storey building, please ensure access is available at street level.
Please kindly note:
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
- Remote areas or peak periods may experience delays
