Our Bao Antique Lion Handle Pot is a sculptural piece steeped in history and craftsmanship. Hand-formed over a century ago in Northern China, this commanding vessel features intricately carved lion head handles—symbols of strength and protection in ancient Chinese households and temples.

Originally used to store water and grains, this handcrafted terracotta pot now brings its beautifully imperfect charm into modern homes. The generously rounded form, wide open mouth, and smoke-fired matte finish give it an earthy, grounded elegance, while the natural patina and age-worn surface whisper stories of generations past.
