While we can work with a range of budgets, the below guide is a great starting point to help set realistic expectations for your design investment.

Small Spaces

Entryways, hallways, smaller nooks, shelf styling

THE DESIGN PROCESS

From Style Vision to Styled Space—Here’s What to Expect

STEP 1 | Purchase Your Package
One room = one board. Purchase a single package for each space you'd like styled—or choose one of our bundle options to bring your home to life, one space at a time.

STEP 2 | Complete the Style Questionnaire
Once you’ve purchased the number of rooms you require, we’ll email you a detailed questionnaire to get clear on your style, layout, and wishlist. You’ll also share your room measurements, a few photos, and note any existing pieces you'd like us to include.

STEP 3 | We Work Our Magic
In approximately 2-3 weeks (depending on the number of rooms you require), you’ll receive your full Design Package—including a moodboard for each space, true-to-scale floor plan/s, and a curated, shoppable product list. You’ll have one round of revisions included, so everything feels just right. Please allow additional time for full-home packages.

STEP 4 | Bring It to Life
With your custom plan in hand, you can confidently shop, style, and set up your space. Plus, you will receive two weeks (1-3 rooms) or six weeks (whole homes) of follow-up email support to answer any last questions.

How is E-Design different from full-service interior design?

E-Design is a virtual service that gives you a personalised design plan you can implement at your own pace.

Instead of managing the project for you, we provide everything you need to confidently pull your space together—without the cost of full-service design.

How much work do I need to do as the client?

E-Design is more hands-on than full-service interior design, which helps keep the cost affordable. You’ll spend around 2–4 hours upfront filling out your design questionnaire, taking photos, and submitting room measurements. Once your design is delivered, you'll handle ordering and installing the items at your own pace.

Can you work within my budget?

Absolutely. We ask for your budget up front and tailor the design to your spending range. Keep in mind, high-end brands or adding lots of accessories may require a bit more flexibility.

We have provided recommended budgets for each room size as a starting point.

Can I use this service for more than one room?

Yes! Just purchase one package per room you’d like designed.

You can start with a single space or book multiple rooms at once—it’s completely up to you.

What if I need help during the process?

We’ve got you! You’ll receive one round of revisions included in your package, plus 14 days of follow-up support after we deliver your final design. If you need more help beyond that, additional support can be booked.

What if an item sells out before I can buy it?

We always recommend starting your purchases as soon as possible after receiving your design to avoid items being discontinued before you manage to purchase them. That said, if something becomes unavailable, you can usually find a similar piece—we’ll give you a clear style direction to guide any swaps.

How long does the design process take?

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, photos, and measurements, you can expect your initial design concepts typically within 14 days. Please expect additional time for multiple spaces.

Do you offer E-Design services outside of Australia?

At this time, our E-Design services are available to clients Australia-wide only.

What isn’t included in the E-Design service?

3D renders, detailed bookshelf styling, custom furniture, gallery art sourcing and window treatments are not included. However, we’ll give you plenty of general styling advice and offer upgrade options if needed.

What’s your refund policy?

Design service fees are non-refundable once work has started. That said, we want you to feel completely satisfied—and we’re always happy to work with you if any concerns arise.
