Before Lighting

  • Trim the wick to 5–8mm before each use to prevent excessive smoke or soot.
  • For the first burn, allow the candle to melt across the entire surface (approx. 2–3 hours) to avoid tunnelling.

While Burning

  • Always place candles on a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects such as curtains, dried florals, or paper.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets.
  • Do not burn the candle when the wax level is less than 1cm.
  • Avoid moving the candle while the wax is hot.

Extinguishing Your Candle

  • Use a snuffer to extinguish your candle. Blowing it out may cause splashing or smoke.
  • Allow the wax to fully cool and reset before touching or relighting.

Storage

  • Store candles in a cool, dry, and ventilated space—away from direct sunlight and heat.
  • Excessive heat may affect the fragrance and finish of the candle.
