CARE & CLEANING

Linen Covers

To ensure the longevity of your cushion, always remove the insert before washing. Wash covers separately before first use and with similar colours to avoid colour transfer. Use a warm hand-wash or machine wash, turning the cushion cover inside out and selecting a gentle or handwash cycle. Avoid using bleach and refrain from rubbing, soaking, or wringing the fabric. After washing, line dry in the shade. If needed, use a cool iron on the reverse side to smooth out any wrinkles. 

Please note that dry cleaning is not recommended.

Feather Inserts

Regular fluffing and reshaping of your feather cushion inserts are essential to maintain their full and plush appearance.

Delivery

This item is carefully packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. It will be delivered via our Standard Delivery service and is excluded from flat-rate and free shipping offers due to its size and/or handling requirements.

Delivery is to the ground floor, front door only. If you live in a multi-storey building, please ensure access is available at street level.

Cushion orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched from our Brisbane Warehouse.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the item(s) ordered. Once dispatched, most deliveries usually arrive within:

  • Metro: 3–7 business days
  • Regional: 5–14 business days

If your order includes multiple items, they may be sent from different warehouses. This means you could receive your order in separate shipments across a few days—ensuring the fastest possible delivery to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship to most addresses across Australia.

If you’re located outside of Australia and interested in placing an order, please get in touch—we’re happy to explore international shipping options where possible.
