CARE & CLEANING

Vacuum regularly using suction only—avoid rotating brushes to maintain the rug’s integrity. Vacuum in the direction of the pile and clean the rug’s base occasionally to remove trapped dirt.

Once your order is dispatched, estimated freight transit times are as follows:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide (Inner Metro Areas): 3-5 business days
  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide (Outer Metro Areas): 5-8 business days
  • QLD, NSW, VIC, SA (Regional Areas), and TAS: 6-10 business days
  • WA and NT: 8-17 business days
