If your builder uses products we are not familiar with, or have access to samples of, we will do our best to select from images provided or supplier websites - You will need to provide a copy of your builders selection brochure.
We don’t offer technical floor plans or 3D renders. Instead, we can mark up your builders PDF plans, and provide 2D mood boards so you can confidently see your space come together.
Turnaround times vary depending on the size of the home, but most single storey home projects are typically delivered within 4 weeks or less from receiving your completed brief, floorplans and builder inclusion documents.
