Unless otherwise specified, light globes are not included. This allows you to choose the exact brightness and tone that suits your space.
Do I need an electrician to install my new pendant/chandelier?
All hardwired lighting fixtures must be installed by a licensed electrician to comply with Australian electrical safety standards.
Can I see any lighting in person before buying?

How much does delivery cost?

How long does delivery take?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Lighting orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and dispatched from our Partner Warehouse.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the item(s) ordered. Once dispatched, most deliveries usually arrive within:
- Metro: 3–10 business days
- Regional: 7–21 business days
If your order includes multiple items, they may be sent from different warehouses. This means you could receive your order in separate shipments across a few days—ensuring the fastest possible delivery to your door.

Do you ship internationally?
Our Lighting are a little too heavy or fragile to fly! At this time, we only offer delivery to selected addresses within Australia.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its journey.
Can lighting be returned for store credit?
Due to their size, weight or shipping complexity, some items are not eligible for return for change of mind or incorrect selection.
This includes:
